You will play an important role in creating the Architecture and high level design artifacts. You will also do technical feasibility and identify smart ways of completing client’s requirement. You will guide the team technically and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. Skills Required:Below are the mandatory qualifications required for the candidates,• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and lead the solution design process jointly with customers, partners, and other architects.• Lead technical teams through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance.• Work with customers to create and influence proper standards for development, governance, and operational life cycle.• Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout the project, develop and implement mitigation measures.• Capture project lessons and convert them into architectural best practices applicable to the broader install base, mentor, and coach the internal team through internal training sessions.• Provide constructive feedback and requirements towards the product team.• Mentor and train the internal team on design and architecture best practices.• Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms.• Participate in the continuous improvement of digital integration services by leading internal work groups and design sessions with customers.• Should be able to continuously innovate and explore new integration methods and platforms.• Participate and lead the business development efforts across the organization.• Develop integration services with MuleSoft and provide hand-on help to team members during delivery of project.• Good Understanding of Cloud Native technologies like AWS, Azure and GCP. Should be able to provide solution to customers including cloud native solutions and MuleSoft. • Hands-on experience in MuleSoft and working as a Solution Architect/Professional service or related capacity.• Well verse in setting up in Mulesoft platform like CloudHub, RTF, API Community Manager, Flex Gateway according client requirements.• Good understanding of migration of Mulesoft components.• Experience delivering in waterfall, scrum, agile, and other methodologies.• Experience designing public and private enterprise secure services using RAML, REST based APIs, GraphQL, etc.• Solid understanding of the API life cycle, solution architecture, technical documentation, including logical and physical architecture, and systems design artifacts• Good understanding of integration architecture concepts and patterns, including Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, Batch Integration, RESTful JSON services, Pub / Sub etc. including Event Driven ArchitecturePreferred skills Below are Secondary/ nice to have qualifications of the candidates. These include:• CI/CD process understanding & tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory, Git, Jira, Azure DevOps• Working experience in Redhat OpenShift platform, Kubernetes, container concepts• Solid technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business.• Understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns - Understanding and use of any Integration Framework• Prior experience of implementing integration solutions on any of the middleware technologies such as ESB and any middleware products as an integration developer - Understanding of integration components and their use from at least one of the cloud platforms i.e., Azure or AWS• Expert understanding of security best practices, open standards e.g., oTel, cloud events, AsyncAPI specificationsPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
