Responsibilities:

  • The postholder will be responsible forproactively delivering housing options advice including security oftenure low cost home ownership preventing homelessnessinvestigating householder circumstances and undertaking statutoryassessments in order to determine the best options and resourcesavailable on a case by case basis.
  • The postholder will ensure statutory requirements are met and local teamtargets are delivered through case work.
  • Toactively support the management of the service delivering aprofessional responsive and individualised service to Hillingdonresidents requiring housing advice and to explore and signpost tohousing options.
  • Be able to provide advice on arange of housing options including low cost home ownership whichpromotes selfservice independence and preventshomelessness.

Qualifications:

  • Hold an appropriate qualification in a relevantfield: NVQ Diploma relevant degree or relevantexperience.
  • Ability to work flexibly to meetthe needs of the service
  • Experience of workingin a front facing team interviewing and assessing clients with aneed for assistance.

  • You should be available to work immediately orat a short notice.
  • You should have right towork in U.K
  • This role requires anenhanced DBS
