Job Details

  • Striving to exceed individual and team objectives through management of colleagues, workload and performance
  • Implementation of the Fraud strategy and the creation and introduction of relevant performance measures
  • Ensuring claims are dealt with effectively and efficiently in line with company procedures and service standards
  • Working with your team and wider business areas (such as Claims Audit) to ensure the team's quality and development needs are met on a day to day basis
  • Leading and inspiring your team to achieve operational objectives and improve overall engagement
  • Collaborating with wider stakeholders and departments, embedding our business anti-fraud strategy

  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues
  • Fraud or claims experience beneficial
  • Good overall commercial awareness

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
