KeyResponsibilities:
As Head Chefyou will be responsible for overseeing and developing a smoothoperation of a busy kitchen.
Ensure HACCPcompliance within the kitchen and Food & Beverageoutlet.
Ensure the kitchen equipment is inworking order; report any maintenance issues.
Training and development of junior members of the kitchen team toand the supervision of the kitchen
Assist inpositive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficientmanner
Ensure food products are of a goodquality and stored correctly
Ensure theconsistent production of highqualityfood
Ensure resources support thebusiness needs through the effective management of workingrotations
Support brand standards through thetraining and assessment of the Team
Controlcosts without compromising standards improving gross profit marginsand other departmental and financial targets
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain goodworking relationships
Comply with hotel securityfire regulations and all health and safety and food safetylegislation
