The Duty Supervisor role is built upon organisation within a varied and fast-paced environment to ensure a positive end-to-end experience for all our customers, whether they are visiting our shop, having a Brewery Tour or using our unique spaces for an event. As part of a team of 6, including you, you will work closely with our tour guides and assistants as well as internal stakeholders in our Property, Brewing and Retail departments.

- Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, spread over Monday - Sunday, including evenings. Actual working hours will vary due to the nature of the role and will be confirmed in advance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day running of all Visitor Centre spaces and delivery of operations
- Ensure a welcoming front-of-house presence is delivered to team members and customers at all times
- Support in identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and grow the business
- Identify new sales leads to maximise business growth
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients to promote repeat custom
- Handle customer enquiries for future bookings
- Support in the running of our functions and events, from setting up rooms to closing down
The Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, including but not limited to hospitality or front-of-house
- Conscientious with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to our customers for a memorable event
- Friendly and approachable with the ability to effectively communicate difficult conversations with external stakeholders, both written and verbal
- Diligent with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) and data analytical skills
- Organised to effectively prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced and agile department, assisting other tasks as required
- Flexibility to cover other departmental tasks or assist as required
