We support care assistants who want to grow their skills and progress within the company
Superior Healthcare will provide full, paid classroom-based training when you join us, paid induction shifts, and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.
If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support their needs and develop your own skills.
Role Overview:
As a complex care assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our client’s daily life by administering medication, supporting with the clients PEG feed, performing oral suctioning, providing personal care, assisting with moving and handling, and much more. The ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive with a good sense of humour. Someone who remains calm under pressure and is committed to building a professional relationship.
Shift Patterns:
- Tuesday and Wednesday: Wake night shifts from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Saturday: Wake night shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Monday to Friday: Afternoon to evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Saturday and Sunday: Day shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
If you have additional availability and would be happy to travel to different locations, we have other packages in the local area which can be discussed.

Healthcare Assistants requirements:
– Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting.
– Experience working with complex care clients.
– Confident in working with children and making shifts engaging.
– Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
