Senior Support Worker

Our client is a gentleman in his late 30s with a zest for life. He lives in a supported living complex where we provide one-to-one support. He requires assistance with personal care, medication, moving and handling, nutrition and hydration, and accessing the community. Having a driver would be ideal, but not necessary, as our client has his own car for days out. Spending time at home with our client is just as enjoyable, as he has a great sense of humour when watching his favourite programmes or engaging in games.

You'll be supporting individuals to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their community.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting service users with daily activities, providing high-quality support to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Encouraging personal development, helping service users develop valuable life skills
- Proactive support, engaging service users in their local community, from shopping to leisure events
- Supporting staff, acting as a mentor to other support workers and supporting the Field Care Supervisor

RequirementsWe're looking for a responsible, dedicated, and flexible individual with experience working with adults with disabilities. Previous experience working with people with learning disabilities is required. You'll receive advanced training from our exclusive Training Academy, where you'll learn the specialist skills to deliver high-quality support.
