We’re looking for a Head Housekeeper to join our iconic Housekeeping team.

As a Head Housekeeper at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
To ensure that Mandarin Oriental Legendary Quality Experience standards are fully implemented and maintained throughout the Housekeeping department.To lead by example in checking the cleanliness of all Butler Suites and other VIP rooms.
To train, motivate and inspire the Housekeeping team.To brief Room Attendants of all information and new changes from the daily Housekeeping briefing
To drive the day-to-day management of the Housekeeping Operations and ensure smooth running of the department.As a Head Housekeeper, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning to evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required.
To be a successful Head Housekeeper candidate, you will have previous experience in a similar role in a luxury environment, exceptional eye for detail, ability to handle pressure, remaining calm and professional, and genuine care for looking after our guests and colleagues.
