As TraineeService Advisor you will provide outstanding customer care and bethe vital link between customers and the workshop. You will informand consult on vehicle servicing and keep the customer updated atevery stage whilst answering any questions or queries they mayhave. You will also liaise with Technicians & workshopcontrol about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will beready on time. You will also have the ability to give best adviceon manufacturer products and services tocustomers.



Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellentcustomer handling skills personable and able to build up a goodrapport with clients quickly. Ideally you will already have a trackrecord within a customer facing environment. We require individualswho can solve problems quickly and possess a strong attitudetowards delivering excellent customer service levels. You will alsohave excellent organisational and administrative skills along withgood attention to detail with passion for the automotive industry.Full training will be provided on site and through themanufacturing training academy for career development. You mustalso live within a commutable distance to Knutsford Cheshire andhold a valid full UK DrivingLicense.
