We have an great opportunity for an experienced service advisor to join our multi franchise, aftersales department at Mangoletsi near Knutsford, Cheshire.

We are proud to be privately owned meaning you are so much more than a number and we have been in business for almost 60 years. We represent Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth, Suzuki and MG and sell and service a lot of multi franchised used cars too.

We operate from modern premises between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel (WA16 9NS) and prefer if our staff live within twenty miles of our dealership to ensure a good work life balance.

We are looking to recruit someone with a strong and stable career in the automotive industry, ideally within the service advisor role, who wishes to progress their career further.
In return we offer a salary of £27000 with additional department performance bonus to an excellent OTE of £31000 uncapped.
You will also be entitled to 30 days holiday including statutory Bank Holidays, Death in Service and Contributory Pension Scheme. We also provide an outstanding car purchase scheme for employees which can also be extended to certain family members.
As an experienced Service Advisor you will already understand the key components of the role, therefore, our main consideration will be your smooth transition into the existing aftersales team.

You must be a team player with a can-do attitude and understand the values of customer satisfaction and retention.
We offer an excellent and enjoyable working environment that encourages our team to develop and meet their full potential with on-going support, in house and manufacturer training.
This is a fantastic career opportunity and only those with a minimum of two years’ experience in the role need apply.
You must also hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points and no drink-driving convictions.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 6.00 pm, 45 minutes for lunch and one Saturday morning in three.
