Capella are now looking for a passionate and driven individual to join their team, in the new and exciting role of Business Development Manager for their charitable arm, Sleep Action. As an organisation committed to providing essential services, they take pride in overseeing the transforming initiatives that Teens+ and Sleep Action have to offer.


In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of driving positive change as you lead the sales and partnership development efforts for Sleep Action. Your responsibilities will include creating, nurturing, and expanding professional relationships, with a keen ability to adapt your communicative approach to connect with diverse audiences effectively. As a self-starter, you will immerse yourself in learning about Sleep Actions training courses, becoming an expert in the field, and leveraging you natural presenting skills to cultivate innovative partnerships.


But this role goes beyond sales it is about having a passion for health and wellbeing services, particularly in the realm of sleep.
