We have afantastic opportunity for a fulltime Care Coordinator (RegionalCare Lead) to join us at our successful and industryleading companybased at our head office in Chesterfield working Monday to Friday9am to 5pm with hybrid working considered after a 6 monthprobationaryperiod.

Abouttherole:
Weare looking for someone with previous experience and a knowledge ofthe care industry. You should have excellent communication andadmin skills and a good understanding of CQC standards andregulations.
Therole duties include organising client reviews staff trainingsupervision and appraisals. You must be highly organised inensuring that all records are kept up to date. You will be the mainpoint of contact for clients their staff team and other healthcareprofessionals.
Youare required to undertake training identified by the company tosupport your role and responsibilities some of this will beundertaken off site and at varying locations. No handson care isinvolved in thisrole.
Requirements
EssentialQualifications/Experience:
- Level3 qualification linked to health and socialcare
- Experienceworking in the health or social careindustry
- Excellenttelephone manner and the ability to work underpressure
- Highlevel of computer literacy covering Word ExcelOutlook
- Experienceof managing people and motivatingteams
- Youmust have a full driving licence and your ownvehicle
- Youmust have a good attention todetail
- Youmust possess the knowledge of and/or practical experience of moving& handling personal care medication management. experiencein learning disabilities andautism
