Main duties of the job

The role of the Bank Moving and Handling Training Practitioner involves delivering moving and handling training across InHealth locations across the UK. The Bank Moving and Handling Training Practitioner will be required to undertake the physical effort of teaching moving and handling patients. A valid UK driving licence, plus the ability to meet the travel requirements of the post for business purposes is essential.

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Bank Moving and Handling Training Practitioner to join the InHealth Team. Reporting to the Group Resuscitation Lead and collaborating closely with learning and development and clinical governance colleagues you'll become an integral part of our dedicated team committed to delivering comprehensive, efficient, and effective services across the InHealth Group.

The role of the Bank Moving and Handling Training Practitioner involves delivering moving and handling training across InHealth locations across the UK.

The Bank Moving and Handling Training Practitioner will be required to undertake the physical effort of teaching moving and handling patients. A valid UK driving licence, plus the ability to meet the travel requirements of the post for business purposes is essential.

What you will do:

Teach on Moving and Handling (MH) courses. About you: Moving and Handling Instructor Basic Life Support Instructor Hold a teaching/assessing qualification (ILSi/GIC/ENB 998/ CertEd) Genuine passion for patient safety to make healthcare better. Experience within clinical audit NEWS2, cardiac arrest, sepsis, deteriorating patients etc. Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel for business purposes. Flexibility to travel to InHealth locations across the UK to provide training to our stakeholders. Person Specification
