About the role

We are looking for an Employer Brand Sr. Program Manager to join our People team. This is a London-based role with a hybrid working model (3 days average/week in the office). 

In this role, you'll report to the Head of Recruitment Operations and be a part of the global Recruitment Operations team. You will build on our newly launched employer brand narrative and leverage it to tell compelling stories that resonate across our 12 global markets. You'll help define and deliver on our employer brand and talent attraction strategies, and the work you do will allow the world to see the career possibilities that exist at Deliveroo.

What you’ll be doing:

Develop and execute on the vision and strategy for employer branding at Deliveroo, partnering with brand marketing and key stakeholders to ensure alignmentDevelop and deliver on Deliveroo's recruitment events and multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies across all marketsUnderstand industry trends to guide direction of investmentLeverage data to drive insights and iteration in everything you doWork with internal and external partners on content creation and delivery across channelsPartner with recruitment stakeholders to ensure we're providing excellent candidate experience and effectively telling the Deliveroo story throughout

Skills you’ll need:

Proven experience in employer branding, marketing or communicationsExperience developing and executing on marketing strategies, including performance marketingAbility to build compelling and authentic narratives
