Senior Marketing Manager / Senior Brand Marketing Manager

  • Contract: 6 months (Inside IR35)
  • £500 - £550 per day
  • Hybrid / London x3 days per week

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Manager / Senior Brand Manager to deliver a high profile portfolio of brand building projects. This is a senior leadership position, strategic whilst remaining close to the detail and delivery of each project.

The role will include team management, the delivery of comms, understanding audience needs, management of external suppliers, multi-million pound budgets, research and evaluation of the portfolio of work etc.

Experience within the charity or non-for-profit sector will be beneficial.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and advocate our clients brand serving as a key influencer and champion
  • Evaluate current assets, enhance their content, and develop commissioning and promotional strategies
  • Conceptualize new brand initiatives and programs ensuring alignment with our client’s brand's identity
  • Supervise an operational team responsible for program delivery, ensuring all activities support clear brand-building objectives
  • Optimize the team's support by engaging an appropriate mix of external suppliers and partners to achieve goals efficiently
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators for external suppliers and conduct regular reviews to enhance operational efficiency continuously
  • Lead operational planning to accurately capture budget and resource needs, integrating them into wider delivery plans
  • Promote and advocate brand consistently, serving as a key influencer and champion
  • Evaluate current assets, enhance their content, and develop commissioning and promotional strategies

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Vey experienced within a Marketing Management / Brand position
  • Excellent managerial experience - a manager of managers
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Experience within internal and external comms
  • Budgetary experience of £1M +
  • Solid project management skills and ability to multitask
