Churchill Estates Management (CEM) is a progressive and expanding retirement property management business.
Due to a successful internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team as Head of Commercial (new business), responsible for the commercial growth of CEM and sister company, Careline Support Ltd.
About the role
Reporting to the Managing Director, our new Head of Commercial will be responsible for the development and implementation of commercial strategies, aligned to company goals and objectives.

About you
As Head of Commercial it is essential to demonstrate strong entrepreneurial skills, with a keen eye for recognising and acting upon new business opportunities. You will be able to showcase a proven track record in understanding your markets, delivering seamless pitch presentations, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to win new business, along with the financial awareness to work to budgets and the tenacity and attention to detail to get the deal over the line.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, and in addition you will present as a credible, professional, and inspirational leader with proven managerial skills and the ability to coach, develop and motivate people.
We would prefer that your experience sits within the property management or call centre environment, with experience of influencing at a senior level with internal and external stakeholders.

About us
Churchill Estates Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of Churchill Retirement Plc. The business has grown year on year since launching in 2006 and we now manage more than 220 retirement developments, 9,000 apartments, supporting over 11,000 retired people nationally.
Our Head Office, based in Ringwood, provides vital centralised services in support of our retirement developments who in turn are supported by a team of experienced Regional and Area Managers, right across the UK.
In addition, we provide an emergency call service for our Customers through Careline Support Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of CEM.
