Job Details

Your new company
A permanent position has arisen at one of London's largest not-for-profit housing associations. You will work as a Treasury Operations Manager, leading the day-to-day operational running of the Treasury function. This is a hybrid, full time role with an expectation of 3 days per week at the office.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the operational treasury function for the group. You will assist the Head of Treasury in implementing the annual treasury plan, ensuring compliance with treasury management policies. Implement and maintain effective debt management strategies, managing loan and covenant agreements. Ensure all contractual requirements within the group's loan agreements are met, including timely capital & interest payments. Provide cash flow forecasts and manage cash flow. Ensure all treasury transactions are accounted for in accordance with the applicable Accounting Standards, reconciling treasury codes and managing the data in titan Treasury.



What you'll need to succeed

You will hold a CCAB accounting qualification and/or a treasury qualification. You will have demonstrable experience of treasury management, debt management and cash flow management. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have a proven track record of negotiating with banks and lenders, and managing a complex treasury portfolio.
