A detail-oriented and highly organised Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of our sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from order receipt through to delivery for UK and International customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of international trade regulations, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Focused and motivated to provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Capable of working at a fast pace completing a variety of jobs to the highest standard.

SKILL SET + EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Administration and export experience in an organisation - NEED
  • Retail or sales brewery administration background - DESIRABLE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Admin

  • Managing internal admin requests.
  • Handling the delivery of goods and customer services to our Supermarket trade.
  • Co-coordinating with accounts and production to help ensure successful delivery and management of sales order process.
  • Daily order processing and price management.
  • Day to day liaison with transport providers and own transport department.
  • Daily invoicing.
  • Month end reconciliation for accounting and duty purposes
  • Supporting the sales teams and managers.
  • Dealing with suppliers on prices and ranges.

Export

  • Co-coordinating export orders, pricing, samples
  • Accurately process export orders ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Managing all communications with customers from order receipt to delivery and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies to arrange the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
  • Managing stocks, point of sale and collection for Export orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales providing regular reports on sales performance and logistics metrics.
