About the role:

The Commercial Support Executiveprovides dedicated commercial support for our key customers andrelationships including the review and setup of customers onspecial price lists/commercial policy along with management andreporting of Commercial Policy performance. You will beworkingclosely with our Platinum Services Team to drive successfulcustomer onboarding and revenue growth ensuring Healthxchange isthe distributor ofchoice.

Responsibilities:

  • Providingadministration of our Commercial Policy special price lists for keyinjectable partners including the setup activation and amendmentsto commercial policy.
    Reporting and reviewing customerperformance against Commercial Policy minimum order levels toensure the customer commitment is delivered and remainscommercially viable.
    Supporting the wider Commercial Teamincluding our sales teams with reporting data customer queries andcustomer details.
    Act as a brand ambassador wheninteracting with customers consistently demonstrating high levelsof integrity diligence and professionalism.
    Support withour Customer Satisfaction and NPS reporting requirements providinganalysis and action plans for improvement where detractors arereceived.
    Following up with customers on the back of lowsurvey results to understand and identify opportunities forimprovement.
    Identifying opportunities within our existingcustomer base and approach customers to discuss potentialcommercial policy agreements where there would be a commercialadvantage.
    Use Salesforce CRM to accurately record noteson customers accounts ensuring a record of your customerinteractions.
    Build great relationships with our keycustomers through a personalised customer experience and byunderstanding their business and patient needs.
    Supportthe rest of the customer services team by sharing your knowledgeand experience to help resolve customer queries andissues.
    Support the Commercial Leadership team with adhocprojects and tasks.
    Work closely with our CRM Manager toachieve reporting requirements.
    From time to time supportwith customer emails phone calls Live Chats and social messages areresponded to within agreed department response times.
    Actalways as a team player working with your colleagues to achievedepartment goals and objectives.
    Support with initiativesto upsell or promote HXPs products or services.
    Maintainan uptodate knowledge of company products andprocedures.
    Assist with the training of new starters andother team members.
    Provide support with adhoc projectsand tasks asrequired.
