Due to continued success, we’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator based at our East Midlands Gateway Depot to help us to develop our ambitious plans. The shift available is Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing our customers daily volumes.
  • Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
  • Dealing externally with our customer, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. 

An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers. A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role.
