As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be based at our East Midlands Gateway Depot and work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00. Your duties will include managing our customers' daily volumes, dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems, and dealing externally with our customers to maintain a high standard of customer service.

An understanding of the transport industry is preferred but not essential. You will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers, as well as a working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel.
