We're currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at our East Midlands Gateway Depot, working Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer daily volumes
  • Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage issues or problems
  • Dealing externally with customers to maintain a high standard of customer service

An understanding of the transport industry is preferred but not essential. You will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers, as well as a working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel.
