To implement security procedures and access control in accordance with operational instructions, to ensure a safe and secure site. Ensure the security response to incidents is in line with the NEC Incident and Emergency Plans Ensure innovation and continual performance throughout the life of the contract To effectively line manage those within the team. Including appraisals, performance management and investigations and disciplinary’s Lead by example in terms of punctuality, presentation, and professionalism

What you will need to be successful:

Experience in a security management role - preferably within the private sector. Leading a team greater than 10 security officers Delivering Process driven efficiency’s SIA – Door Supervisor License SIA – CCTV Licensed Driving Licence First Aid Trained
