We have an exciting opportunity to for a Receptionist & Operations Support Coordinator to join our Operations Support Team n Our Cambridge Office . Your main responsibility is to provide professional administrative and operational support to a team of senior managers and carry out Reception Duties.

Key Responsibilities
Part of our Reception team to welcome our SJP Clients, Partners and Employees Diary Management and Meeting Room Bookings Arrange travel and accommodation Coordinate and prepare digital meeting packs Support field managers with Administration duties Extract data reports from platforms such as power BI and Salesforce to provide progress updates to managers On occasion support location Partnership events such as workshops and peer groups
Special Requirements:
Ability to work from our Cambridge office 5 days per week Experience of working in a busy Reception Strong prioritisation and co-ordination skills Experience of management of multiple outlook diaries Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat's in it for you?
