Part-Time Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting for a leading provider of electrical devices company in Leamington Spa.

Seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, paying an hourly rate of £13.50 per hour. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients in a respectful and welcoming manner, both face-to-face and via telephone.
  • Respond to client queries, address any issues, and deliver precise details about our offerings.
  • Support clients in order completion, advising on suitable products, managing transactions, and verifying the particulars of each order.
  • Track and manage stock levels of essential supplies for operations.
  • Contribute to the stocking of goods and upkeep of a tidy and organized work area.
  • Execute clerical responsibilities including inputting data, organizing files, and keeping records of client interactions.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to facilitate the smooth running of the establishment.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing or retail positions is advantageous.
  • Proficient communication abilities, encompassing both oral and written interactions.
  • Strong relational skills, capable of establishing connections with clients.
  • Basic proficiency in digital tools and point-of-sale software.
  • Keen eye for detail with the capability to juggle various tasks in a dynamic setting.
