Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor will include:
- Documenting all client interactions and tasks immediately and accurately within the relevant CRM systems.
- Managing requests, with timely updates to clients and associated departments.
- Liaising between technical and support departments and clients.
- Providing accurate input for reports and spreadsheets.
We are looking for Customer Service Advisors who have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum English and Maths grade C or above at GCSE level or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive enthusiastic manner.
- Previous customer service, concern resolution, contact centre, call centre, administration, or office management experience.
On the days you are in the office, you will be based in modern offices with free car parking, located close to A46 and within walking distance of Warwick town centre and Warwick Parkway train station.
