Nelson (BB9) based Primary School

The role

  • To support and assist the class teacher with planning lessons and adapting the curriculum according to pupil needs.
  • Supervise and support the pupils during activities and support with general class management.
  • Cover PPA
  • Plan and cover lessons where necessary 
  • Record pupil progress

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident for at least three months
  • Have an overseas criminal clearance or willing to apply for one
  • Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
  • Previous or relevant experience working with SEND children
  • Experience covering and delivering lessons
  • Minimum of three months UK residency
  • We do not accept those on skilled worker visas, nor do we sponsor visas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
