Teaching Assistant & Midday Supervisor / Learning Support Partner & Lunchtime Assistant - SN3

My client is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Partner (Teaching Assistant) and Midday Supervisor to join their inclusive and vibrant school community. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils in their learning activities across the classroom.
- Assisting teachers with curriculum delivery to ensure every child achieves their potential.
- Encouraging positive behavior and a nurturing classroom environment.
- Supervising and promoting enjoyable, safe lunchtimes for students.
- Helping children to develop independence, social skills, and confidence.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C minimum) or equivalent qualifications.
- A natural ability to engage with children and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with staff.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm to handle varied daily responsibilities.
