El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade
the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for
the city’s best taco al pastor



We pour our hearts into top quality authentic
produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heritage corn and working directly
with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico. We are proud to have been
awarded a Star by the Sustainable Restaurant Association



This ethos is felt by our teams, they understand
the journey of the ingredients and how important they are to the dishes they
serve. El Pastor is deeply invested in sourcing the most wonderful mezcals and
tequilas and making every day a fiesta



 



  



The Floor Manager Role




  • 1 year experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a
    high-volume restaurant
  • Previous Host or Reception experience
  • Help to train and develop new team members
  • Cashing up and end of day reporting
  • Managing the daily operation of the floor and supporting the team
    within it
  • Managing and exceeding guest expectations
  • Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
  • Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
  • Design and hold inspiring and informative briefings
  • Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant
  • Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
  • Strong command of English language
  • Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
  • A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
