Seeking an extraordinary **Floor Manager**, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter. You will be dedicated and passionate about leading the team by example.

As **Floor Manager**:

- You will have experience managing a large team in a high performance operation.
- You will be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with ability to inspire your team
- You will lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service.
- You have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience and business performance.
As a **Floor Manager**, you will receive:

- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - these increase with service
- **Salary: £32,000 a year plus service charge**:

- Two meals per day, every day (including days off if you wish to come in)
