This team is seeking an experienced individual to join their specialist Private Funds Group in London. This role will include matters relating to private equity, real estate, infrastructure, credit, and other alternative asset classes.

This Group has a high profile and interesting client base, where they advise fund managers, promoters, and administrators on the full range of investment funds and asset management matters.

They provide a full offering across fund structuring, formation and promotion, investment management, and other commercial agreements. This is a collegiate team that can shape the role around the individual's strengths and interests.

Headquartered in London, but considered a strong player on the global stage, you will have an opportunity to work with leading lawyers nationally and internationally.
