The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Funds Associate to join our client's team. As a key member of the investment funds team, you will provide expert legal advice to leading European alternative investment fund managers and their onshore counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on legal matters related to domestic and offshore investment vehicles, including hedge funds, hybrid funds, and private equity funds.
- Assist in the formation, restructuring, and termination of various investment vehicles.
- Ensure ongoing legal and regulatory compliance for clients' funds.
- Engage in business development and firm promotion activities.
- Contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and expertise development.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' PQE as an investment funds, regulatory, or corporate lawyer.
- Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills.
- Experience working in a top-tier law firm is highly advantageous.
