You can expect a wealth of ultra-high value transactions and complex cross-border cases in this firm. Fuelled by their exponential growth in the number of associates throughout the decades; the firm expanded their services to clients, including restructuring, finance, real estate, and securities litigation that dominated the legal sector in Europe and Asia-pacific.

**The Role**
**This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Funds (Junior-Mid level) Associate with 0-3 years of PQE to join this Top 10 US firm in their City of London office.**
This London-based Investment Management group focus on advising private capital business (including private fund sponsors, investors and investment houses) on their formation and operations.
The work running through the group includes structuring, formation and fund-raising of private funds across a range of sectors, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure and private credit.
They also advise on incentive compensation, internal governance arrangements and regulatory compliance (including in relation to the AIFMD, marketing regulations and ESG regulation).
The group is led by an industry leading partner who has a growing client base and an increasing range of work and is accordingly seeking to build out the associate team - a great chance to springboard your career.
**The Work**
You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication and as well as enthusiasm, drive and the ability to demonstrate initiative.
**Requirements**:
- NQ-3 years post-qualified experience in a top tier private funds practice in the London market.
- A high level of academic achievement is required.
