As a Food and Beverage Supervisor   at Sodexo in Woodbank Hotel, North Deeside Road, Aberdeen, AB159PN​, you will be responsible for providing 5-star service to our catering operations' customers. You must be a fantastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will require excellent communication and organisational skills as well an Exceptional eye for detail. What you’ll do:

  • Receive, order, deliver hospitality to the various meeting rooms across multiple areas.
  • Manage stoke control.
  • Provide support for the staff breakout areas and coffee machines. 
  • Proactive response to consumer concerns and prompt resolution of any issues
  • Set-up and breakdown events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are accounted for.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve and issues raised.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations (such as Food safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations).

 What you bring:

  • Cheerful outlook and ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with effectiveness and respect.
  • Professional manner and understanding that honesty and ethics are essential. 
  • Computer literacy / Administration skills
