Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Clinical Trials Training Function and Team.
  • Delegate responsibilities, manage performance, and continuously review and improve training processes.
  • Own the design of product and system training, including methods, systems/platforms, channels, and media.
  • Deliver comprehensive training for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate client training events in partnership with Senior Project Leaders, Clinical Leads, and clients.
  • Plan and manage equipment and personnel for training events.
  • Enhance the capabilities of Vitalograph trainers through 'Train-the-Trainer' courses and assessments.
  • Validate and monitor trainer competency to ensure high standards.
  • Review and update training materials, programs, and procedures for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Gather feedback from customers and staff to inform Quality Management Systems, Training, and Marketing materials.
  • Provide training feedback to sponsors and Vitalograph product/service owners.
  • Represent clients' needs within Vitalograph and convey our values and expertise to clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recognised training qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
  • Experience in customer service and managing customer expectations.
  • Expertise in creating training media, methods, and channels.
  • Proficiency in process design and management for developing and maintaining training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Vitalograph products and services within the context of clinical trials.
