Clinical Trials Training Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Clinical Trials Training Function and Team.
- Delegate responsibilities, manage performance, and continuously review and improve training processes.
- Own the design of product and system training, including methods, systems/platforms, channels, and media.
- Deliver comprehensive training for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate client training events in partnership with Senior Project Leaders, Clinical Leads, and clients.
- Plan and manage equipment and personnel for training events.
- Enhance the capabilities of Vitalograph trainers through 'Train-the-Trainer' courses and assessments.
- Validate and monitor trainer competency to ensure high standards.
- Review and update training materials, programs, and procedures for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Gather feedback from customers and staff to inform Quality Management Systems, Training, and Marketing materials.
- Provide training feedback to sponsors and Vitalograph product/service owners.
- Represent clients' needs within Vitalograph and convey our values and expertise to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Recognised training qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience in customer service and managing customer expectations.
- Expertise in creating training media, methods, and channels.
- Proficiency in process design and management for developing and maintaining training programs.
- Strong knowledge of Vitalograph products and services within the context of clinical trials.
