An average day as a Marketing Executive…

Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with brands to comprehend marketing objectives and assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans. Marketing Plan Execution: Execute marketing plans in line with brand guidelines, ensuring effective use of available resources and channels. Product Placements: Coordinate and manage product placement activities to enhance brand visibility and drive customer interest. Social Media Marketing: Drive social media initiatives by creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and analysing performance metrics. Google Marketing: Develop and manage Google marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) ads and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, to increase online visibility and drive traffic. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing campaign results, generate reports, and propose optimizations to achieve better outcomes. Budget Management: Work within assigned budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

About you…

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or similar practical experience. A team player with a 'can-do attitude Familiarity with marketing principles, practices, and digital marketing trends. Someone self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in their approach Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels The ability to work well under pressure, managing competing projects simultaneously Interest in producing a wide range of marketing communication materials across different marketing channels Interested in digital and social media marketing Interested in SEO and Paid search/ display Knowledge of working with external agencies – briefing and managing creative suppliers (preferable but not required) Excellent communication, copywriting skills, and attention to detail Knowledge of analytical skills to be able to evaluate marketing data and measure campaign success. Experience working with brand guidelines – reviewing creative, copy, and concepts (preferable but not required).
