Your new company 
We are currently looking for experienced social workers to join the Vale of Glamorgan's Intake Team as a Practitioner Manager. Taking on the position in this team means that you will be involved in the line management of social workers, which will include supervision, casework load management, management of risk, performance management, and supporting members of the team to develop and progress. You may also have the responsibility for a small caseload of complex cases depending on the needs of the team, and would be expected to take a lead role in the absence of the Team Manager.

Your new role 
The council knows that a work-life balance is important, which is why they have adapted their hours to be super flexible and allow hybrid working along with compressed hours. 

What you'll need to succeed 
- Social Work Degree and registered with Social Care Wales
- Full Uk driving licence
- At least 3 years' experience
