Practitioner Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver high-quality services to children, young people, and their families/carers
* Recruit, select, and manage staff
* Provide leadership and professional supervision to team members
* Develop and deliver effective management arrangements within the team
* Ensure that the Council's statutory obligations and policy and performance objectives are met
**Requirements:**
* Strong understanding of the Family Support Team's goals and objectives
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
