Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated Practitioner Manager to join their Family Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to children, young people, and their families/carers. Key responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, and managing staff, as well as providing leadership and professional supervision to team members. The Practitioner Manager will also be responsible for developing and delivering effective management arrangements within the team, ensuring that the Council's statutory obligations and policy and performance objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Family Support Team's goals and objectives, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver high-quality services to children, young people, and their families/carers
* Recruit, select, and manage staff
* Provide leadership and professional supervision to team members

**Requirements:**

* Strong understanding of the Family Support Team's goals and objectives
