We are delighted to be working with a market-leading and innovative business in Carterton who are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to assist with the daily running of the busy office.
As the Receptionist/Administrator, you will be working a 37.5 hour week (will also consider part time) over Monday to Friday in a temporary contract that has the potential to go permanent if successful.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Assisting with events and large meetings, including setting rooms up and dealing with caterers
. Handling all email and tele enquiries and mail
. Being the initial point of contact with all persons
. Ensuring the office and meeting rooms are kept clean, tidy and well stocked at all times
The ideal candidate will have:
. Excellent communication skills
. Good IT skills
. Proactive, organised and professional manner
