The role of our Adviser Support Executive is primarily focused on delivering world-class service and support to our portfolio of global clients. 

Job Responsibilities

Deliver day-to-day support for our clients in all areas of the proposition from technology to tax wrappers. 

Establish yourself as a subject matter expert (SME) with all things Wealth Platform (training will be provided). 

Analyse IFA behaviour to ensure that they get the best out of our platform as well as helping to identify new opportunities. 

Ensure that client feedback is captured and shared so that we can improve the products and services we offer. 

Be proactive with clients and provide quality training to maximize the users’ experience. 

Qualifications

Experience and soft skills:

3yrs+ experience in a similar role (Administration, Support, Advisory) 

Technology Savvy 

Strong communicator, team player, enthusiastic 

Ambitious with a growth mindset 

Technical skills:

An understanding of investment platforms, products & tax wrappers like SIPP or ISA would be a bonus 

Strong Excel, data input and systems navigations skills
