Job Details

To build a fair education for all, we need to unlock the potential in all children – not just some. Together, we’re making it happen. Every day, our work takes us closer to a better future. But we need to do more. It’s a big challenge – and we need your help to take it on.

This role is part of the Growth division. We generate income and build relationships, to bring the charity the resources and support needed to deliver our mission. We develop our brand, value propositions, customer experience, and relationship and account management processes in order to increase income and retain customers and partners. This includes donors, recruits, ambassadors, sector partners, corporate partners and government. Do you have direct experience of working in the education and/or social sector in leadership roles, including with Ofsted? Can you establish strong organisational partnerships to achieve shared goals, and can you work effectively across boundaries, directorates and teams? Do you have experience of formulating and delivering on plans to achieve targets and identifying course correcting actions? Do you proactively meet the needs of customers and use data and other insights to improve customer service and satisfaction? Can you form and maintain impact focused professional relationships across teams, internal and external stakeholders? If you’re applying from an external job board, you’ll be redirected to our careers website. (Please note, we only accept applications through our careers website.)
