As a Trainee Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Leicester , you will receive:

Booking and conducting property inspections Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties Deposit returns Resolving rental arrears Processing eviction requests Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Managing complaints Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reportsThe characteristics that will make you a successful Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Leicester :
