Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Manager at Spicerhaart Estate Agents in Leicester. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will play a key role in the management of our properties, working closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory health and safety standards
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals to maximize rental income
  • Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Processing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Managing complaints and resolving issues in a fair and transparent manner
  • Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
