Responsibilities:
  • Managing and overseeing school administrative processes and procedures
  • Maintaining and organising student records and databases
  • Facilitating communication between staff, students, and parents
  • Coordinating and organising school events and activities
  • Assisting with financial tasks such as budgeting and invoicing
  • Providing general administrative support to the school
Requirements:
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
  • Prior experience in administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
Education:

Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent

Experience:

Prior experience in administrative roles

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications in office administration or related field
  • Experience working in an educational setting
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role within a school environment
  • Full-time hours, with occasional evening or weekend work for events
  • Temporary position with the potential for extension

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
