Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Reception Teacher to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for a passionate educator who enjoys working with young children and is committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on students' academic and social progress.
- Participate in school events and activities as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Reception.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and create a positive learning environment.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
