Job Duties:- Provide one-on-one support and tutoring to students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Create tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of each student
- Assist students in developing academic skills and achieving their learning goals
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and teachers
- Collaborate with educational professionals to implement effective teaching strategies
- A relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Strong understanding of SEN requirements and best practises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A degree in Education or a related field
Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an SEN tutor
Knowledge and Skills:- Knowledge of various SEN conditions and learning difficulties
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Additional certifications in SEN education
- Experience in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
The role involves working closely with students, teachers, and parents in an educational setting. The work hours are full-time, and the tutor may need to travel to different locations within the East of England, Essex, Tilbury area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
