Raymarine UK are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who will lead and coordinate the successful introduction of cutting-edge marine products to the market.

You will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, supply chain, and marketing, to ensure efficient collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of technical marine products, and the ability to navigate complexities to deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification. Quality is essential as our products serve the needs of both recreational and professional users on the water every day.

Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Marketing teams to define project goals, timelines and deliverables.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying critical milestones and coordinating resources to meet project objectives.

Optimise resource allocation to maximise efficiency and minimize costs, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

Coordinate with supply chain to manage procurement, production and distribution processes effectively.

Execute projects according to established plans, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Facilitate regular communication among stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and key milestones.

Conduct regular reviews to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Manage, resolve issues and report on NPI products through Infant Monitoring.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes

Facilitate process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within the organization.

Develop and implement strategies to identify process bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to analyze current processes, define improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement efforts through the application of lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and other best practices.

To be ready to take on this role we would love if you have:

Proven experience in project management, particularly in bringing complex hardware and software products to market.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and adapt to changing project requirements.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Strong presentation and communication skills
