Staff Nurse - RGN

Day and nights Shifts

Hourly rate: From £20 + paid breaks

Full-Time Hours

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN) to join our clients team on day shifts in their nursing home. As a Registered General Nurse (Adult), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality care and support.

Qualifications
  • RGN qualification and current UK NMC registration
  • Previous experience in a nursing home or complex care setting preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities
  • Providing nursing care to residents with complex care needs
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans
  • Monitoring and documenting residents' health and progress
  • Providing emotional support to residents and their families
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
