Responsibilities

  • Help process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable on a regular basis.
  • Help prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Manage petty cash and company expense reimbursements.
  • Assist with payroll processing (as needed).
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
  • Involvement with HR administration.
  • Involvement with Health and Safety.

Skills / Experience

  • 1+ years in an Accounts role
  • Experience of working with Xero (Desirable)
  • Good knowledge of accounting processes
  • Good with numbers and Excel
  • HR Experience (Nice to have)
  • Health and Safety experience (Nice to have)
