Administer and coordinate learning activities and events.
Accurately maintain all administrative systems to support the scheduling, booking and delivery of learning activities and ensure all learning data and records are accurate and up to date.
Raising Purchase Requisitions/ Processing Internal cost transactions
Produce and update reports and matrices on learning activity.
Provide excellent customer service, including dealing with learning queries and guiding employees and managers on our learning processes and procedures.
Deal with all pre and post learning administration including: managing bookings to ensure applicants meet the criteria; managing over or under subscriptions; sending timely joining instructions; managing course waiting lists; communicating pre course requirements with participants, liaising with trainers, facilities and external suppliers; dealing with cancellations and non-attendance; course certification; evaluation forms and processing invoices.
Participate in ad-hoc projects, and any other duties to assist the effectiveness of the learning team.
Provide general administrative support.
Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
Previous experience in busy and varied administration role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines without close supervision.
Experience of managing, inputting, and creating accurate data.
Ability to work as part of a team and be a positive, contributing member.
Previous administration experience in Learning & Development and using an Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be an advantage.
